The Wild Card in Black Hawk is still "smoking". The place is always busy, and not because of its "ambiance" that's for sure.
You can still smoke there - the owners, wise beyond belief, managed to get AND hold a "cigar bar" exemption to the smoking ban. Good for them - REALLY good. |
