Has anyone else noticed how badly the service has degraded at CCS since Isle took over?
Really long lines, bars with no bartenders (because they are out waiting on players at machines on the casino floor), long wait times for coin fills - things like that are common these days. I waited 20 minutes the other night - that's UNACCEPTABLE!!!
This isn't the staff's fault, for sure. There's just not enough of them. Ever.
I'm thinking Isle is paying for their expansion by saving money at CCS. It's not just reduced staffing levels, either. There's been TITO (ticket in-out) capability installed on rows of VP machines downstairs for months now, but they still don't work. When I ask why, I'm told "it takes time". That's a crock. It takes MONEY and the Isle doesn't want to spend it at CCS.
