|

Hello - I am posting this complaint about Bullwhackers - specifically regarding some very RUDE and what I feel was inappropriate treatment I received a while back.
I was asked to leave the casino - evidently because I was having too much fun. I had been there about 10 minutes - had NOT had any alcohol (although I had just ordered a drink from a waitress) when I was approached by a casino manager and asked "are you having fun?". I said yes, I was. No expletives, no yelling, no smart-ass response - just Yes. With that she said I had to leave. I was acting "visibly intoxicated" according to her. I asked could I be "tested"? No. Could I get another opinion? No. Could I finish my roll of quarters? No. Two embarrassed-looking bouncers stood there avoiding my look. I cashed out and left.
I felt disrespected and abused. Humiliated. Embarrassed.
I will NEVER play there again - there's plenty of other places where they treat customers with respect and fairness.
Comments anyone?

Hey Mudshark... good to see you back! - As for Bullwhacker's Casino. I have seen a number of these situations in several casinos. I don't know what it is - a bad night for an employee taking it out on patrons (it happens) or an employee mistaking "a good time" for "he's loaded" ...
I have no idea what happened so I can't pass judgement either way. Generally speaking the casinos won't back down from a decision made by one of their employees, but sometimes the employees are wrong. People make mistakes. Take your business somewhere else is generally the only course of action. It would be nice in the future if we can get the casinos to respond to these types of complaints. |

My 2 cents worth...
Events such as these most often are the result of a "failure to communicate"...
You mentioned you had just ordered a drink from a waitress - I have got to wonder what she heard when you placed your order. She's the only casino employee you interacted with - my guess is the report of your "bad" behaivor came from her. And management has got to back her up with action - I don't blame them for that.
Their techniques and "attitude" do seem a little harsh for a paying customer - that's clearly a training shortfall for management, something upper management should address asap.
Let's hope they do.
Finally, your decision to take your business elsewhere is your only recourse. That, and posting your complaint here on CGF, will hopefully get their attention.
