AMERISTAR CASINOS: Added four executives to the management team of Mountain High Casino in Black Hawk. They are Steve Cockrell, director of hotel operations; Chris Ipanis, executive chef; Rick Bowyer, marketing director; and Michelle Wilkenson, human-resources director.
