Folks - so the other night I get a $200 quad 2's at the Riv.
And much to my dismay, the "Hand Pay" sign flashes on the screen. Hand Pay? $200? COME ON !!!
I have to sit there, machine frozen, waiting for the lousy two hundred. What's even more bizzare is that this was on a TITO machine !!! Not like I was going to run it out of quarters or something. Just print the ticket.
I don't get it. Are they all worried about $200 ???
Do they think I'd rather wait in my seat for somebody to show up with the $200 than go to the cashier? Don't they know I'll probably take the ticket and run it through 3 other machines on the way to the cashier anyway???
Time is money in the casino. For them and for me.
Hand pay $200 on a TITO machine is just, as Bill O'Reilly would say, the most ridiculous item of the day.
